Limited Warranty

New watches sold by Walker & Sons Watch Company are covered by our 1-Year and a day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

Warranty covers movement defects (timekeeping failure not caused by misuse), defects in hands, dial, or markers, and crown or case defects affecting normal operation. 

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading), damage from impact, misuse, or improper handling, water damage due to improper use or unsecured crown, damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications, and strap, bracelet, or battery wear. 

Warranty Service requires proof of purchase.  The product must be returned for inspection.  If inspection reveals a covered issue, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost.  If the inspection reveals the cause of the issue is not due to a covered issue, our warranty team will reach out to you to discuss repairs and associated costs of repairs. 

This warranty is non-transferable.  Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product. The manufacturer is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage. 

To file a claim, contact us through our website’s Contact Us page with a description of the issue.  Our team will reach out to you so that you can provide proof of purchase and so that we can give you instructions on shipping the product to us for inspection, and if covered, repairs.
