Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear, resizing, modification, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or normal wear

  • Watches that have been modified after delivery

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us on our Contact Us page and we sill contact you via email.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
